  • Erin was a major player in my move from Connecticut to Virginia in 2009. Even while I was still in Connecticut, Erin was most responsive to my needs and went over and above by even checking out a townhouse for me herself and then took my daughter to see so I could have input from both Erin and my daughter.We negotiated on one townhouse, but then another townhouse in my choice location came on and Erin was most helpful in walking me through the process. It was a short sale, and Erin had extreme patience with me and she worked very closely with the realtor for the property.I cannot say enough good things about Erin and how she made the move from Connecticut to Virginia far less stressful than it would have been otherwise.Marion Davis
